Your Right to Cancel

You have the right to cancel your order within 30 days without providing a reason.

The 30-day cancellation period begins on the day you receive your goods, or when a third party( other than the courier) receives the goods on your behalf.

Refunds

Once we receive the returned goods, we will process your refund within 30 days.

Refunds are issued using the same payment methods used for the original order. You will not incur any fees for the reimbursement.

Conditions for Returns

To be eligible for a return, please ensure:

• The item was purchased within the last 30 days.
• The item us unused, in its original packaging, and is in resellable condition.

Items That Cannot Be Returned

We cannot accept returns for:

• Custom-made or personalised products.
• Perishable goods or items with an expired or near-expired date.
• Products unsealed after delivery for hygiene or health protection reasons
• Goods that have been mixed with other items and cannot be seperated.

Deeproots Enterprise LTD reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.

Returning Goods

Customers are responsible for the cost and risk of returning items.

All returns are processed through Amazon FBA.

We strongly recommend using a tracked and insured shipping service.

Refunds cannot be issued without receiving the goods or proof of delivery.

Gifts

• If the item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of the returned item.
• If the item was not marked as a gift, or the giver had it shipped to themselves first, the refund will be issued to the original purchaser.
